AKN recently stopped by to try the Denali Beet Bowl Salad, a vibrant and satisfying option that highlights Sweet Caribou’s commitment to fresh, balanced meals. Salad bowls are priced at $17, making them a solid option for a quality, filling lunch.

Made-to-Order Sandwiches Until 3 p.m.

Sandwich lovers will want to plan accordingly. Sweet Caribou’s sandwich line is open daily until 3:00 p.m., with sandwiches made to your exact specifications, hot or cold. For those short on time, pre-made sandwiches are also available for a quick grab-and-go option.

One standout menu item is the Brayton Brie Sandwich, which AKN also sampled. The sandwich features melted brie cheese, oven-dried tomato, basil pesto, sliced red onion, roasted garlic mayo, all served on herb focaccia bread — a rich yet balanced combination that showcases Sweet Caribou’s attention to flavor and texture. Sandwiches are also priced at $17.

Free Delivery for Busy Days

For customers who can’t make it into the shop, Sweet Caribou offers free delivery on orders over $25. During normal delivery hours, orders are typically dropped off within 45–60 minutes, making it an easy option for office lunches or busy afternoons.
