눈 조각 챔피언십

장소: 쉽 크릭 지역(앵커리지 다운타운) 일정: 2026년 2월 20일-3월 2일 국내외 예술가들이 거대한 눈 블록을 정 교한 작품으로 조각한다. 완성된 작품들 은 축제 기간 내내 전시되며, 저녁에는 조명이 더해져 더욱 아름다운 장관을 연 출한다.

론디 그랜드 퍼레이드

장소: 앵커리지 다운타운

일정: 2026년 2월 28일(토) 축제의 하이라이트 중 하나로, 화려한 플로트와 지역 단체, 행진팀, 공연단이 참여해 수천 명의 관람객을 끌어모은다.

불꽃놀이 행사

장소: 앵커리지 다운타운 일정: 2026년 2월 28일(토) 저녁 눈 덮인 도심을 배경으로 펼쳐지는 화려 한 불꽃놀이가 앵커리지 밤하늘을 수놓 으며 장엄한 겨울 풍경을 완성한다.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Fur Rondy has officially kicked off in Anchorage, bringing one of Alaska’s most iconic winter festivals back to downtown streets, parks, and event venues across the city. The annual celebration runs February 20 through March 2, 2026, filling the community with races, parades, snow sculptures, fireworks, and uniquely Alaskan traditions. For more than eight decades, Fur Rondy has marked the turning point of winter — when longer daylight hours and community energy come together to celebrate Alaska’s frontier spirit.

Major Events & Dates World Championship Sled Dog Races

Downtown Anchorage February 21–23, 2026 Top sprint mushers from Alaska and beyond compete on a fast-paced course through city streets. Spectators can line the route downtown and cheer on teams as they race for the championship title.

Snow Sculpture Championship

Ship Creek Area (Downtown Anchorage)

February 20–March 2, 2026, International and local artists carve massive snow blocks into detailed works of art. The sculptures remain on display throughout the festival and are beautifully illuminated in the evenings.

Rondy Grand Parade
