앵커리지 디바 로드(3801 DeBarr Road) 에 위치한 KPUB Korean BBQ가 오랫동 안 기대를 모았던 한식 점심 뷔페를 정 식으로 런칭했다. 이번 뷔페는 7월 23일 (수) 첫 선을 보였으며, 매주 화요일부터 금요일까지 오전 11시부터 오후 3시까 지 운영된다. 가격은 1인당 $29.95이다. 이번 뷔페는 점심시간을 효율적으로 활 용하고자 하는 이들에게 제격이다. 미 리 준비된 다양한 한식 메뉴들이 제공 되어 대기 시간 없이 빠르게 한 끼 식사 를 즐길 수 있는 것이 장점이다. 뷔페 라 인을 따라 식사를 시작하면, 먼저 정갈 한 한식 반찬들이 제공되며, 이어서 신 선한 샐러드와 따뜻한 국 또는 찌개가 나온다.

런칭 첫날에는 불고기, 매운 돼지 불고 기, 갈비, 잡채, 프라이드 치킨, 해물 파 전, 고등어 구이, 삼겹살, 치킨 가츠 등 다양한 인기 한식 메뉴들이 준비되어 손 님들의 입맛을 사로잡았다. KPUB 측은 계절 재료와 셰프의 아이디어에 따라 뷔 페 구성 메뉴가 정기적으로 바뀔 예정이 라고 밝혔다.

뷔페 외에도, KPUB는 좀 더 개별화된 식사를 원하는 고객들을 위해 런치 콤보 세트를 제공한다. 이 세트는 $35에 이용 가능하며, 고기류와 국 또는 냉면 중 하 나를 선택할 수 있는 구성으로 알차고 만족스러운 한 끼 식사가 가능하다.

또한, 고급 고기를 직접 구워 먹는 한식 BBQ 점심 스페셜도 마련되어 있다. 이 스페셜은 $95로 2~3인이 함께 즐길 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 프리미엄 고기 류를 테이블에서 직접 구워 먹는 전통 한식 BBQ의 매력을 느낄 수 있다.

KPUB Korean BBQ, located at 3801 DeBarr Road, has officially launched its much-anticipated Korean cuisine lunch buffet, offering Anchorage residents a new and convenient way to enjoy authentic Korean dishes. The buffet debuted on Wednesday, July 23rd, and is now available every Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $29.95 per person.

Perfect for those looking to save time during their lunch break, the buffet features ready-made dishes that allow guests to enjoy a full Korean meal without the wait. Diners begin their experience at the buffet line with a selection of Korean banchan (side dishes), followed by fresh salad options and a hearty Korean stew.

The first day’s buffet included an impressive spread of Korean favorites such as beef bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi, kalbi short ribs, japchae (glass noodles), fried chicken, seafood pancake (pa-jeon), grilled mackerel, pork belly, chicken katsu, and more. KPUB has announced that the buffet items will rotate regularly based on the chef’s ideas and seasonal ingredients, keeping the menu fresh and exciting.

In addition to the buffet, KPUB offers alternative lunch options for those who prefer a more customized or traditional dining experience. The Lunch Combination Meal is available for $35 and includes your choice of meat paired with either a savory Korean stew or a cold noodle dish — perfect for those looking for a more curated Korean meal. For those seeking a classic Korean BBQ experience, KPUB also offers a Korean BBQ Lunch Special for $95, designed to feed 2–3 people. This option allows guests to grill premium meats right at their table, combining flavor and fun in a shared dining experience.
