앵커리지, 알래스카 – 2025년 9월 20 일 – 은혜와평강순복음교회는 9월 20일 토요일, 앵커리지 지역사회 주민들을 교 회로 초대해 교인들과 이웃, 그리고 음 식 애호가들이 함께 어울리는 활기찬 한 인 음식 바자회를 열었다. 이번 행사는 교제와 맛있는 음식으로 가득한 하루를 선사했다.

정통 한국의 맛을 느낄 수 있는 자리

바자회에서는 한국 밖에서는 쉽게 맛볼 수 없는 다양한 인기 메뉴가 준비되었 다. 참석자들은 순대, 족발, 바삭한 찹쌀 도넛, 고소한 빈대떡, 바삭하게 튀긴 치 킨, 간장게장, 그리고 갓 말아낸 김밥을 즐기기 위해 줄을 섰다. 모든 음식은 교 회 교인들이 정성껏 준비해 알래스카 주 민들에게 집밥 같은 정통 한국 음식을 맛볼 기회를 제공했다.

한마음으로 하나 되는 교회

은혜와평강순복음교회는 신앙 기반 프 로그램과 지역사회 프로젝트를 위한 기 금 마련을 위해 정기적으로 미니 음식 바자회를 연다. 이러한 행사들은 앵커리 지 주민들이 전통 한국 음식을 맛볼 수 있는 특별한 기회를 제공할 뿐 아니라, 좋은 일을 위해 참여할 수 있는 문화 교 류의 장이 된다.

한 교회 교인은 “우리 교회가 이렇게 한마음으로 지역사회를 섬기는 모습을 볼 때마다 늘 큰 감동을 받습니다.”라 며 주방과 판매대에서 함께 봉사하는 교 인들을 보며 미소 지었다.

음식으로 이어지는 다리

맛있는 음식 이상의 의미를 가진 이번 행사는 참석자들에게 공동체 의식과 소 속감을 심어주었다. 바자회는 음식이 문 화를 뛰어넘어 사람들을 하나로 묶고, 교류와 우정을 나누며 지역사회의 중요 한 활동을 지원할 수 있다는 사실을 다 시금 일깨워 주었다.

Anchorage, AK – September 20, 2025 – Grace and Peace Full Gospel Church opened its doors to the Anchorage community on Saturday, September 20th, for a lively Korean Food Bazaar that brought together church members, neighbors, and food lovers for a day of fellowship and delicious cuisine.

A Taste of Authentic Korean Flavors

The bazaar featured a mouthwatering menu of Korean favorites that are rarely found outside of Korea. Attendees lined up to enjoy blood sausage (순대), pig’s feet (족발), crispy rice donuts (찹쌀도넛), savory mung bean pancakes (빈대떡), fried chicken, soy-sauce marinated crab (게장), and freshly rolled kimbap (김밥). Each dish was lovingly prepared by church members, giving Alaskans a chance to experience authentic Korean home cooking.

A Church Coming Together for a Purpose

Grace and Peace Full Gospel Church regularly organizes mini food bazaars as a way to raise funds for faith-based initiatives and community programs. These events also provide a unique opportunity for cultural exchange, allowing Anchorage residents to try traditional Korean dishes while supporting a good cause.

“It’s always inspiring to see our whole church come together to serve the community,” said one church member, smiling as volunteers worked side by side in the kitchen and at the food stands.

Beyond the delicious food, the event fostered a sense of unity and belonging.
