SEOUL, South Korea — Legendary K-pop group BIGBANG is returning to the United States for its first North American tour in more than a decade, marking a major milestone in the group’s 20th anniversary celebrations.

YG Entertainment announced that BIGBANG’s 2026 World Tour will include two U.S. stadium performances. The group is scheduled to perform at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, California, on Sept. 5, followed by a concert at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sept. 11. The tour will continue through Europe, Asia, and Australia as part of a 31-show global itinerary.

The current lineup features G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung. The tour marks the trio’s first world tour together since 2017 and follows years in which the members focused on solo careers and completed South Korea’s mandatory military service.

The 2026 tour coincides with BIGBANG’s 20th anniversary since debuting under YG Entertainment in 2006. Widely regarded as one of the pioneers of modern K-pop, the group helped introduce Korean popular music to global audiences through hit songs such as “Fantastic Baby,” “Bang Bang Bang,” “Haru Haru,” and “Lies.” Their influence has extended beyond music into fashion, entertainment, and popular culture.

Interest in the reunion has grown following BIGBANG’s appearance at the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where the group performed together before officially announcing the world tour.
